Extra Curricular Activities

Our full curriculum includes a wide range of extra curricular activities and clubs that are arranged each

half term. We ask the children what they would like to take part in and aim to provide this – dependent of the skills of the teachers – we will all learn together.

We also have a progression of educational visits, from reception to year 6, which support children’s learning from the curriculum.

In year 6 our children take part in a residential visit to Cliffe House. We attend the visit with our Federated school.

Cliffe House offer children the opportunity to take part in outdoor and adventurous activities that cannot be offered at school. Staying over night is often a new experience for our children, so the visit supports their personal development and builds resilience. We have found this to be essential for those children that have been restricted during COVID/lockdowns.
